The holiday house is in the Alcantara Valley, in a quiet location in an orange garden and surrounded by Mediterranean plants and flowers.
The living space is spread across two floors. On the ground floor you are welcomed by a large 40m² living room. It has a sofa, a television with satellite TV, a radio, a fireplace and a cooking corner. The kitchen unit has a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and everything needed for cooking, as well as a comfortable dining area. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and bidet.
On the upper floor there are a bedroom with a double bed and antique Sicilian furniture, and a bedroom with two beds. Both bedrooms open out onto the 20m² terrace, which affords a panoramic view of the valley and Etna.
The house is surrounded by a garden with orange trees. These provide shade in summer from the Sicilian heat. Here there are a gas grill and a sink for use by guests, so that one can prepare and enjoy meals outdoors. The outdoor area with a pool as the heart of the property is equipped with garden furniture, six sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower.
The whole property is fenced and is accessed via two gates, a large one for the car driveway and a small one for pedestrians. A highchair and cot can be provided on request.
